Dr. Ching-Shu Hung

My areas of research are cloud physics and climate dynamics. I am specifically interested in understanding the multiscale interactions between clouds, moisture, radiation, and atmospheric circulations. My recent works focus on the cloud-precipitation processes in marine boundary-layer clouds and how they impact on warm cloud organization through their inextricable interactions with aerosol, clouds, radiation, boundary-layer structure, and dynamical factors.
